Pipeline outer wall shot blasting machine is a special shot blasting equipment for automatic rust removal, oxide skin removal, surface strengthening and roughening treatment before coating on the outer wall of steel pipes, round pipes and long axis pipe fittings. It is widely used in oil and gas pipelines, municipal pipe networks, steel structures, pressure vessels, anti-corrosion engineering and other industries. The equipment is centered on a centrifugal shot blasting device. The steel shot is accelerated by a high-speed rotating impeller, and directed to the outer wall of the pipeline that travels continuously and rotates. The pipeline moves at a constant speed on the V-shaped roller or roller table while automatically rotating to achieve no dead angle cleaning of the outer wall 360. The projectiles are spirally transported, lifted, and screened for separation and then recycled. The dust is collected and purified centrally by the pulse dust collector to meet the requirements of environmental protection emissions. The equipment adopts PLC automatic control, which can flexibly adjust the parameters such as shot blasting volume, walking speed, and projection angle according to the requirements of pipe diameter, wall thickness, and cleaning grade. The processing quality is stable, and it can reach the cleaning standard of Sa2.5~ Sa3 level. Compared with traditional processes such as manual rust removal and pickling, the pipe outer wall shot blasting machine has high efficiency, no waste liquid pollution, uniform surface quality, and can be operated in continuous batches.
